CellClip copies table cells deliberately selected by the user in the active tab to the clipboard. It locally processes the selected cells, generated clipboard content and the default-format setting. Selected cells may contain personal, confidential or sensitive information depending on the website.

Table and clipboard content is processed locally, is not permanently stored, and is not transmitted to PERENUS or third-party servers. CellClip uses no telemetry, analytics, tracking or profiling.

Only the default-format setting is stored through chrome.storage.sync. If Chrome Sync is enabled, Chrome may synchronise that setting across the user's browsers or devices. PERENUS cannot access it. Table content is never stored through Chrome Sync.

CellClip uses activeTab, scripting, clipboardWrite and storage, and has no standing host permission for all websites.

To the extent the GDPR applies, local processing is necessary to provide the function requested by the user under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Users remain responsible for lawful selection and use of third-party content.

Because PERENUS does not receive local content or settings, it cannot view, identify or remotely delete them. Requests concerning information directly provided to PERENUS may be sent to kontakt@perenus.com.

Use of information received from Chrome APIs and website content complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policies, including Limited Use requirements. Information is used solely for the described core function and not for advertising, profiling or data trading.
